Invictus Classical Press is a Classical Charlotte Mason resource provider that creates Memory Guides rooted in history. Covering four eras of world history, from Ancients to Modern. Whether you are a parent seeking a Classical Charlotte Mason method or if you are a classical school educator, this curriculum is the perfect spine focus for a full 30 weeks school year. By including morning time, scripture, timeline, fine arts project, music appreciation, art appreciation, science experiments and nature walks, as well as picture & music study, Invictus offers a robust classical program that focuses on the whole child made in the imago dei.
My name is Nicole Henry. I am Canadian-born and raised, but after marrying an American I met at Bible college in Chicago, I have spent most of my adult life south of the 49th parallel. Education was never part of my original plan, but shortly after graduation, when a small Christian school needed a middle school humanities teacher, I unexpectedly discovered my calling—nearly 25 years ago.
Over the years, I have taught every grade from kindergarten through twelfth, in a wide range of educational settings: traditional Christian schools, classical schools, homeschool families, homeschool communities, university-model programs, and most recently, full-time classical education. Along the way, I earned a Master’s in Theology, which deepened my love for history and the arts and strengthened my conviction that all subjects are unified under God as their ultimate Author.
Invictus Classical Press emerged just as unexpectedly as my teaching career, through the vision of my dear friend and business partner, Myriam—the creative force behind this project and the perfect complement to my own strengths. Together, we are creating the curriculum we wish had existed in our early years, one we believe will serve not only homeschooling families, but also learning pods, micro-schools, university-model programs, and classical schools.
This project has been a labor of love for over five years. Our vision—to bring classical, neoclassical, and Charlotte Mason philosophies into beautiful harmony—is ambitious, but we trust the Lord has led us here and will continue to guide every step. Above all, we seek to honor Him and bring glory to His name, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Myriam and the Invictus team to see this vision become a reality.

My name is Myriam. I am a French Canadian mom of six with a deep love for God, family, adoption, music, and serving the church. Over the years, Bible school, church planting with my husband, leading worship, practicing hospitality, adoption, and homeschooling have all shaped and prepared me for the faith journey that became Invictus Classical Press.
I was not always a homeschooler. Homeschooling entered my life during a season of deep difficulty—church division, the loss of close friendships, and the adoption of three girls from the public system, ages 4, 5, and 9. Exhausted and overwhelmed, I stepped into homeschooling with little confidence and many fears. Yet I sensed God’s clear calling. Through the invitation of a wise and seasoned homeschooling mom, I joined a small but mighty homeschool community where I was mentored, loved, and restored. The classical method gave me structure, renewed my love of learning, and became part of God’s healing work in my life.
It was within this community that I met Nicole—an experienced classical educator who supported me, answered countless questions, and tutored my Grade 11 son. As my children’s emotional needs became clearer, I saw the need for a more relational, hands-on approach, which led me to the principles of Charlotte Mason. While I valued the structure of classical education, I longed for a curriculum that could unite both philosophies.
Through prayer, study, and many conversations, a vision was born: a grammar-level curriculum that integrates the classical method with Charlotte Mason’s pedagogy. What began as a dream became a five-year project, fueled by faith—Nicole as author, and me as Creative Content Director.
Today, we trust God with each step as we create a beautiful, true curriculum rooted in the trivium and informed by Charlotte Mason, with the goal of forming whole persons made in God’s image—able to learn, reason, and persuade others of enduring truth.

in the CIS countries
Since 2020, Invictus Classical Press has become central to my life. Our home education journey began in 2016 with our three children in Ukraine, at a time when homeschooling was not yet legalized in our country. When God led me to the Invictus Facebook group, I was astonished by its bold and beautiful integration of subjects, tools, arts, and sciences. I immediately sensed the urgent need for this curriculum in Ukraine. After much prayer, I reached out to Nicole and Myriam with a humble request to adapt Invictus into Ukrainian and Russian. By God’s grace, they agreed—a decision that profoundly changed my life.
Invictus is a generous feast of love, care, and life, created for children and, just as importantly, for mothers. Its detailed guides save families countless hours and give parents confidence and freedom in their teaching. I believe God ignited a deep calling in me to help families nurture their children’s pursuit of truth, beauty, and goodness. This work fuels my days—rising early and working late—to bring Invictus to Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking families.
In 2022, like millions of Ukrainians, my family was forced to flee the war. During that season of loss and uncertainty, letters from grateful parents renewed my strength and confirmed that this work must continue. After the initial shock, our scattered international team resumed its efforts across France, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, and beyond. Today, Invictus serves families in France, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria—and Ukraine. It has even crossed the Atlantic back to the United States in its adapted form. Messages from parents around the world, along with the trust and prayers of Nicole and Myriam, continue to fuel this mission.
Invictus equips young minds with knowledge while cultivating beauty, attention, observation, and contemplation. I have witnessed both the joy of the learning process and its fruit in our own community and many others. Charlotte Mason said a curriculum should be rich and generous—a feast served with love. That is how I experience Invictus: a joyful, wonder-filled journey of learning. I rejoice in the journey ahead for your family—one marked by rest, delight, and discovery.
May God bless you as you walk this path with Invictus Classical Press.

Our engaging curriculum blends classical and Charlotte Mason methods, guiding students through four historical eras from Ancient to Modern. We wanted our children outside exploring, observing, and sketching nature and then inside experimenting and demonstrating and getting caught up in the beauty of it all.
Children need a more relational, tactile, hands on approach.
